DMX Construction successfully delivered a complete retail fit-out from shell to a ready-to-trade premium showroom. The project included full demolition, extensive drywall works, high-quality tiling, professional painting, and all associated finishes.

Key Deliverables:

• Demolition & Site Clearance: Full removal of existing structures and rubble disposal.
• Drywall Partitioning: 122.8 sqm single skin + 32.8 sqm double skin drywall, aluminium wall channels and new door frame installation.
• Flooring: Supply and installation of 210 sqm premium floor tiles including adhesive, grout and all necessary materials.
• Painting & Finishing: Painting of all interior walls, new drywall, and 16 sqm grey stoep enamel floor paint.
• Project Management: Complete turnkey delivery including travelling and site management.
